ArtCursors is an exceptional graphic tool for creating animated cursors. With it you can create static or animated cursors for the mouse movement. Also, it gives you the tools to edit any of those already in your PC.

ArtCursors is also great for its simple interface, and in addition to the basic operations it also adds effects like the possibility to fill in with grading, greyscale, shading, reflections, etc.

ArtCursors accepts any of these graphic formats: CUR, ANI, ICO, WMF, EMF, BMP, WBMP, JPG, GIF, XBM, XPM and PNG. Any of them can be exported to the following: CUR, ICO, BMP, JPG, GIF, PNG, XBM, XPM, WBMP and RC. Finally, you can import and export any image, or even image galleries.
